The role
This is a full-time consultant role at a consulting company, focused on healthcare analytics and AI. You will work on healthcare claims, provider datasets and publicly available health data to build predictive models and turn them into practical business solutions.
A typical day involves data wrangling and analysis, building statistical and machine learning models, and using NLP to get insights from unstructured data. You will work with cross-functional teams and managers to understand client business needs, then translate complex findings into clear recommendations. You will also prepare presentations and summaries for senior management and share knowledge on analytical techniques within the team.
We are looking for someone with 4 to 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics. You should be strong in Python, SQL and generative AI, and have hands-on experience with healthcare data. Experience with Spark, Tableau or Power BI will help. You should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or a related field. Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder skills matter as much as technical depth.
The role is based in Gurugram, Bengaluru or Mumbai, with a hybrid work mode. Notice period of up to 90 days is preferred.
