HyperWrk is run by Albireo Recruiters. This page says, in plain words, what we keep about you, why, who sees it, for how long, and what you can ask of us under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we keep

Your e-mail address, which is how you sign in. Your name and your mobile number, when you give them. Your CV, the one you add or the one the resume builder makes, and the profile you fill in (your summary, roles, education, skills and the rest). If you share an executive profile, its summary, board and P&L lines and what you expect to earn. The roles you apply to and save, and whether you asked for job alerts. To keep the account safe we also keep when you signed in and from which network address.

Why we keep it

To sign you in, and to put you forward to the companies Albireo Recruiters is hiring for, for the roles you apply to. We use your profile to tell you of roles that fit, only if you turn job alerts on. We do not sell your data and we do not show it to anyone for advertising.

Who sees it

Albireo's recruiters, who work the roles. A company sees your profile and CV only when a recruiter shares it with them for a role you applied to, or one you have agreed to after a call. Our e-mail and hosting providers handle it only to run the site for us.

How long we keep it

Everything on your account is kept while the account lives. When you delete your account, the site's own copy is erased at once: your name, number, CV files, profile, saved roles, alert settings and signed-in devices. Albireo's own recruiting record of you, made when you applied or when a recruiter found you, is kept for 24 months after you delete the account, and is then archived: taken out of the firm's search, never erased from its history. A record that is still on a role you are in the middle of stays until that role is closed for you. If you come back and sign in with the same address before then, your record is yours again and is not archived.

Your rights

You may see what we hold about you, have it corrected, and have it erased: the account's own data by Delete my account on your account's Settings, the rest by writing to the grievance officer below. You may withdraw your consent at any time, which ends our use of your data from then on, and you may name someone to act for you if you cannot. Your Profile and Settings tabs let you correct your name, number, CV and address yourself.

Cookies

Two, both needed to sign you in: one for the visit, and one that keeps this device signed in until you sign out. No advertising or tracking cookies.
