A consulting company is hiring an AI Consultant or Manager for Generative AI and LLM solutions for software and platform clients. You will lead delivery of RAG, agentic AI and Azure AI projects. The role is hybrid across Delhi NCR and Mumbai, for candidates with 4 to 15 years of experience.
The role
This is a Consultant or Manager role in the Data and AI practice of a consulting company. You will work on Generative AI and LLM based solutions for software and platform clients. The work covers AI strategy, solution architecture, project leadership, client engagement and delivery of enterprise grade AI solutions.
Your day will involve talking with clients to understand their business goals and find where AI can help. You will build AI strategies and roadmaps, define project scope, timelines, resources and risks, and lead cross functional teams through the full project lifecycle. You will also design and oversee GenAI architectures, including RAG pipelines and prompt engineering, and build agentic AI solutions that handle multi step reasoning and tool orchestration.
We are looking for hands on experience in designing and implementing Generative AI and LLM solutions. You should have 4 or more years of experience managing AI projects and delivering good outcomes. Useful skills include Azure AI, AI, ML, NLP or computer vision, Python, R or Java, and enterprise AI architecture. Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot integration and Azure data services will help. You should also have strong project management skills and be comfortable advising clients. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related quantitative field is required.
The role is full time and hybrid. The job is based in New Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or Thane. The experience band is 4 to 15 years. The notice period can be up to 90 days.
