A technology company in Bengaluru seeks an AWS Cloud Architect to design and build cloud solutions on AWS. Candidates need 7 to 15 years of experience, strong Linux and networking skills, and an AWS certification. The role is full-time and in the office.
The role
The company needs an AWS Cloud Architect to design and implement cloud solutions for different applications. You will help deploy workloads to AWS, automate cloud operations and deployments, and manage cloud resources within a defined budget.
Your day will involve working closely with product owners to understand solution requirements and identify architecture patterns. You will help development and engineering teams resolve application to platform integration issues for infrastructure services. You will also check cloud resources against industry guardrails and best practices, research AWS data transformation and data connections, and maintain architecture templates and SOP documents with lead architects and engineers.
We are looking for strong practical knowledge of AWS and AWS infrastructure, Linux, cloud networking and load balancers, VPN and network security, and microservices, containers, serverless functions and managed databases on AWS. Experience with cloud solution architecture and application patterns is needed, along with an AWS certification. Skills in infrastructure as code, cloud cost and effort estimation, and compliance monitoring are useful. Good written and oral communication, and the ability to work under tight deadlines, are important.
The role needs 7 to 15 years of experience. The job is based in Bengaluru, works from the office, and is full-time. The notice period should be up to 90 days.
