The role
This is a Digital Marketing Advisory Specialist or Senior Analyst role based in Bengaluru. The role is full-time and works in the office. We are looking for a person with 5 to 11 years of experience in digital marketing operations and digital project management. Notice period of up to 30 days is preferred.
You will design and run digital marketing ads and promotion workflows. You will plan, execute and deliver projects that depend mainly on digital tools. Your day will include managing tasks, resources, timelines and communication across teams so that projects finish on time. You will work with your direct supervisor, peers and client managers. You may need to work in rotational shifts as required.
We want someone who has run Marketo campaigns and worked with Salesforce and campaign data. Experience with AEM sites, AEM assets and digital asset management is a must. Useful skills include event campaign operations on event platforms, HTML email development, web publishing and quality checks on campaigns and content. You should be able to solve moderately complex problems and adapt existing methods to new work. You should also be able to manage a small team or your own work efforts.
The role is for a company in the operations and finance industry. It is not a senior leadership role.
