A technology company in Pune or Kochi is hiring an Enterprise Observability Architect. The role covers Dynatrace SaaS, OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes observability and AIOps. It is a full-time, in-office role for candidates with six to eight years of experience.
The role
The role is to define the enterprise observability strategy and design Dynatrace and OpenTelemetry platforms. You will set telemetry standards and governance, and lead onboarding and transformation programmes across many applications.
Your work covers Dynatrace SaaS architecture, including OneAgent and ActiveGate, and OpenTelemetry integration through OTLP, collectors and telemetry routing. You will drive SLO-based operations, control telemetry cost and cardinality, and plan a move to an OpenTelemetry-first model. You will also design Kubernetes observability for microservices, covering tracing and logs.
We are looking for strong skills in performance monitoring, Dynatrace administration, SaaS architecture, OpenTelemetry, cloud and Kubernetes observability, and AIOps. You should understand SLI, SLO and error budgets, and have built a 12 to 18 month transformation roadmap. The experience band is six to eight years. The role is based in Pune or Kochi, works in the office, and has a notice period of up to 90 days.
