Join a consulting team that designs future-ready operating models and organisation structures for large clients. The role suits a consultant or manager with strong operating model and organisation design experience, based in Delhi NCR or Mumbai on a hybrid basis.

The role

This is a full-time role in the Enterprise Operating Model practice of a consulting firm. You will help clients design and implement Target Operating Models and organisation structures, and work on transformation programmes that cover operating model design, organisation design, value streams, function and team design, job architecture and skills frameworks.

Your day will involve supporting client engagements. You will translate a client's business strategy into an operating model, analyse data and trends, and build practical transformation roadmaps and recommendations. You will build data models and visualisations to support your insights, work closely with senior stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.

We are looking for a candidate with an MBA from a Tier 1 institute. For the Consultant level, you need at least 3 years of relevant post-MBA experience in strategy consulting. For the Manager level, you need at least 6 years of relevant experience. Strong experience in operating model design, organisation design or job architecture is essential. Experience with global operating models or large transformation programmes, and with customer-facing functions such as Sales, Marketing or Customer Service, will help. Exposure to C-level stakeholders and strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills are expected.

The experience band is 3 to 13 years. The role is hybrid and based in New Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or Thane. The notice period should be up to 90 days.

Must have

  • Strong experience in Operating Model Design, Organization Design, or Job Architecture
  • 3+ years post-MBA relevant experience in strategy consulting
  • Strong understanding of customer-facing operating models, including Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Customer Service, or related functions
  • Experience working with C-level executive stakeholders, particularly CEOs, Chief Strategy Officers, and CHROs
  • Strong analytical skills; data models and visualization tools
  • Develop practical transformation roadmaps and actionable recommendations

Nice to have

  • Exposure to corporate functions such as HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and their delivery models
  • Experience in global operating models, organization structuring, or large-scale transformation programs
