A consulting firm in India is hiring a Manager or Senior Manager to lead cloud contact center transformation projects on Amazon Connect. The role needs 12 to 18 years of experience, hands-on AWS skills, and strong program and team leadership. It is hybrid, across seven cities.
The role
This is a Manager or Senior Manager role in a consulting practice that helps clients improve their customer service. You will lead teams that design and deliver large cloud contact center projects, mainly on Amazon Connect.
Your day will include leading design sessions, gathering requirements, and guiding solution architecture with consultants and implementation teams. You will also run live demos for client stakeholders. You will help manage proposals in response to client RFPs and work with market leads to build a steady pipeline of projects.
We are looking for someone with 12 to 18 years of experience. You should have hands-on work with Amazon Connect contact flows, Amazon Lex bots, and AWS Lambda. You should also have built API integrations with Salesforce and ServiceNow, and delivered cloud contact center implementations. Strong program management, team leadership, and client communication skills are needed. Experience with AWS Pinpoint, Transcribe, or Comprehend, and AWS certifications, will count in your favour. A BE, B.Tech, M.Tech or MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute is expected.
The role is full-time and hybrid. It is open in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai. Candidates with a notice period of up to 90 days can apply, and a shorter notice period is preferred.
