The role
This is a lead role for an HTML and Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist. You will own the technical side of automated email journeys, dynamic content and custom scripts. The work sits within marketing operations for a business in the operations and finance space.
Your day will centre on designing and coding responsive email templates in HTML and CSS, with AMPscript and SSJS for dynamic content. You will build and improve customer journeys in Journey Builder and Email Studio. You will also manage data extensions, audience segments, subscriber lists and Contact Builder setups, run A/B tests, check data quality and track results. Flexible shifts are part of the role.
We are looking for someone with 7 to 11 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and marketing operations. Strong skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder and Einstein features, will count for a lot. A graduate degree is required.
The location is Mumbai and the work is in the office. The notice period should be up to 30 days. This is a full-time role.
