The role
This is an analyst role in the Enterprise AI Value Strategy practice of a consulting company. You will help global clients improve supply chain planning and execution by combining supply chain domain knowledge with enterprise AI concepts. The work covers demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing, procurement, aftermarket and fulfillment.
Your day will involve identifying and ranking AI use cases, mapping current processes to future states, and drafting business requirement documents, functional requirement documents and process maps. You will also help build conceptual AI reference architectures that show how agentic AI works with ERP systems, data platforms and planning software. You will analyse supply chain datasets such as forecast accuracy and inventory performance to find useful insights.
Client workshops are part of the role. You will prepare materials, capture stakeholder requirements, synthesise inputs and build presentations that explain complex data and AI ideas in plain language.
We are looking for a candidate with 1.5 to 4 years of experience in supply chain management, operations or business analysis. Coursework or co-op experience counts. A bachelor's degree is required. Must-have skills are supply chain domain understanding, enterprise AI value strategy, process mapping and BRD or FRD writing, data synthesis and analysis, and familiarity with agentic AI and RAG concepts. SQL, Python, Power BI or Tableau, and exposure to planning platforms such as SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder or Oracle SCM are useful. An MBA or master's degree and certifications in AI, ML, cloud or supply chain are an added advantage.
The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Hyderabad or Mumbai. Candidates from the other listed cities may also be considered. Notice period of up to 90 days is acceptable.
