A manager role in enterprise AI value strategy for supply chain and operations. You will identify AI use cases, shape value cases and help design agentic AI solutions for global clients. Hybrid work across several Indian cities, with 9 to 13 years of experience asked.
The role
This role helps global enterprise clients redesign how their supply chains are planned, sourced and run. You will combine deep supply chain knowledge with enterprise AI concepts. The work covers demand and supply planning, manufacturing, procurement, aftermarket and fulfilment.
Your day will involve identifying and ranking AI use cases, and mapping current processes to AI-enabled future states. You will write business requirements (BRD) and functional requirements (FRD) documents, and build AI value cases that set out ROI, risk and transformation timelines. You will also contribute to reference architectures that show how agentic AI fits with data platforms, ERPs and planning tools. Client workshops and strategy discussions are part of the role, where you explain AI and data ideas simply to operations leaders.
We are looking for 9 to 13 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, business analysis or consulting. You should have working knowledge of supply chain management, enterprise AI value strategy, agentic AI, AI reference architecture, BRD and FRD writing, and prompt engineering or RAG. Process mapping is a plus. A bachelor's degree is required. An MBA or a master's in supply chain, business analytics or information systems is preferred. Exposure to planning platforms such as SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder or Oracle SCM is useful, and certifications in AI, ML or cloud platforms are an advantage.
The work mode is hybrid. The role is full-time and based in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Mumbai, New Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Chennai or Kolkata. The notice period should be up to 90 days.
