The role
This is a consultant role in healthcare and life sciences analytics. You will design and build GenAI, RAG, agentic AI and traditional AI/ML solutions for business problems in the life sciences sector. You will also give data-driven advice to clients that helps their business outcomes.
A typical day can include working with a small or medium-sized project team, or on your own where the project needs it. You may handle data engineering, data science and business intelligence work, and build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau. You will talk with clients directly, share progress updates and make presentations to clients and senior stakeholders. You may also support proposals, research and white papers for the wider team.
We are looking for a graduate or postgraduate in statistics, data science, applied mathematics, business analytics, computer science, information systems or another quantitative field. You need strong skills in Python, SQL and AI/ML, along with hands-on work in GenAI, RAG and agentic AI. You should have worked on life sciences, pharma or healthcare projects, and know pharma data such as commercial, clinical, real-world evidence and EMR data. Experience with Spark, Databricks, R, or a cloud platform such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud is good to have. Good communication and stakeholder skills matter as much as technical depth.
The role needs 4 to 8 years of experience and is full-time. The work is hybrid, based in Bengaluru or Gurugram. Notice period of up to 90 days is preferred.
