The role
We are hiring a Java Full Stack Developer for a technology company. You will design, code and improve custom software for enterprise clients. The work covers both front-end and back-end components, with a focus on scalable and reliable solutions.

You will use AI-assisted coding tools and LLM-based assistants to speed up development, testing and documentation. You will also connect pre-built AI services and APIs into applications, and where useful, build retrieval-based (RAG) features. You will work closely with architects and AI specialists to make sure the pieces fit together.
We are looking for someone with a strong base in enterprise software engineering and the software development life cycle. You should have hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript and at least one modern front-end framework. Experience with REST APIs, SQL or NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development is useful. You should have used AI coding assistants, and understand the basics of AI and its limits.
