Albireo Recruiters is hiring a Java Fullstack Developer for a technology company in Bengaluru or Mumbai. The role needs 5 to 8 years of experience, building enterprise applications with Java, Spring Boot, React and microservices, using AI coding tools and LLM-based features. The job is full-time and based in the office.

The role

The role is for a Java Fullstack Developer to build and improve custom enterprise software for a technology company. You will design, code and enhance both front-end and back-end components, using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

A typical day involves hands-on coding with Java and Spring Boot on the back end and React or a similar framework on the front end. You will use AI coding assistants and LLM tools to speed up coding, debugging and documentation. You will also connect pre-built AI services and APIs into applications, and where relevant, build retrieval-augmented generation features. You will work closely with architects and AI specialists to make sure the parts fit together well.

We are looking for someone with 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, with strong Java and Spring Boot skills and good knowledge of microservices. Experience with React JS or Angular, REST APIs, SQL or NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development is useful. Python knowledge is an advantage. You should have used AI-assisted development tools in your work and understand the basic concepts and limits of AI, with a focus on integration rather than model training. You should also be able to deliver quickly without losing quality.

The job is full-time and based in the office in Bengaluru or Mumbai. Candidates with a notice period of up to 90 days are preferred.
