We are hiring a Kinaxis RapidResponse Custom Software Engineering Lead in Pune. The role suits an engineer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on supply-chain planning work who can own technical direction and lead a delivery team.

The role

The role is for a technical lead who will own the design and architecture of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions. You will act as the subject matter expert for implementation, configuration, customisation and integration work. You will set development standards and guide the delivery team from planning through to go-live and hypercare.

Your day will involve working with business stakeholders, supply-chain planners, functional consultants, data and integration teams, and project managers. You will analyse planning requirements and turn them into scalable, maintainable solutions. You will build and maintain data models, workbooks, dashboards and algorithms, and design integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems. You will also review work, troubleshoot production issues, tune performance, and mentor developers and junior team members.

We are looking for strong hands-on experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse, including data modelling, scenarios and worksheets. You should understand end-to-end supply-chain planning, such as demand and supply planning, master scheduling, capacity planning, inventory optimisation and S&OP. Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce or data warehouses is important, as is knowledge of ETL and batch or real-time data workflows. Good communication and documentation skills are needed for client-facing work.

The role requires 5 to 8 years of experience. It is based in Pune and is a full-time, in-office position. Candidates with a notice period of up to 90 days are preferred.
