The role
This is a full-time Business Architect role with a technology company, based in Bengaluru or Chennai. You will work in the office. The role needs 7 to 14 years of experience, with a strong hands-on background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
You will assess the existing business environment to find opportunities that give measurable value. You will gather and analyse high-level requirements, and design business solutions that match the goals of the organisation. You will also prepare detailed business cases and help steer significant transformation initiatives.
You will act as a subject matter expert and manage a team. You will take part in key decisions, engage with several teams, and solve problems for your immediate team and across teams. You will act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, so that everyone stays clear and aligned. You will also look for process improvements and suggest new approaches.
We look for strong analytical skills, experience in designing business solutions that work with technology platforms, and the ability to build business cases that support decisions. Clear communication with diverse stakeholders is important, as is the ability to handle many priorities in a changing environment. You will also mentor junior team members.
