The role
This is a full-time role for a Business Architect with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional skills. You will evaluate existing business processes, find areas to improve, and design business solutions that support the company's goals. You will also help shape operating models and guide key transformation projects.
A typical day involves working with business stakeholders and technical teams to make sure everyone is aligned on objectives. You will gather and analyse high-level requirements, turn complex business needs into functional specifications, and help build strong business cases for strategic initiatives. You will be the subject matter expert for your team and take part in key decisions, and you will also solve problems for your immediate team and across teams.
We are looking for someone with at least 7.5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional, and a total experience band of 7 to 14 years. You should have strong analytical skills, clear communication, and good stakeholder management. You should be able to mentor junior team members and help them grow. The role requires a 15 years full time education qualification. The notice period can be up to 90 days.
The role is based in Hyderabad or Chennai and is an in-office position. This is a full-time role.
