We are hiring a Proposal Management Specialist in Bengaluru to run RFP, RFQ and RFI responses from bid decision to submission. The role suits someone with 7 to 11 years of proposal or pursuit experience, working in the office on night shift.

The role

The role is for a Proposal Management Specialist based in Bengaluru. You will manage the end-to-end development of client responses, including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and complex sales presentations. The aim is to improve win rates and make sure every submission is compliant and on time.

Your day will include reviewing win probability and deal health to decide whether to bid, and then leading the bid strategy, win themes, differentiators and competitive positioning. You will plan projects, run kick-offs and formal reviews, and track timelines, priorities and capacity across several pursuits at once. You will coordinate inputs from sales, solutions, delivery, legal, finance and compliance teams. You will not be the main content author. You will work with the research and content management teams, and with graphic designers on proposal templates.

We are looking for someone with 7 to 11 years of experience in response management, proposal management or pursuit coordination. You should be strong in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat, and comfortable with compliance and governance review. Good communication and stakeholder handling are essential. Knowledge of sales processes and buying cycles, competitive positioning, past performance mapping and managing concurrent pursuits will be an advantage. Any graduate can apply.

This is a full-time, in-office role in Bengaluru on night shift. Notice period of up to 29 days is preferred. Flexible hours may be needed to meet business needs.
