Mumbai-based RTR Specialist role with a finance and accounting operations company. You will handle record-to-report, fixed assets, intercompany and IFRS or US GAAP work on a US night shift. The role needs 10 to 15 years of experience.

The role

The role is for an RTR Specialist in the finance and accounting operations team of a company. You will manage end-to-end record-to-report activities and handle accounting for fixed assets, revenue, leases and intercompany transactions.

A typical day includes supporting timely month-end and period-end closing and resolving complex accounting queries as a subject matter expert. You will check that work follows US GAAP and IFRS, work with internal and external stakeholders, and identify process gaps for improvement.

You will also guide and manage team members, keeping process quality, accuracy and delivery on time. Client-facing experience is useful, and clear verbal and written communication is essential.

We are looking for 10 to 15 years of experience in RTR or core R2R, with skills in fixed assets, accruals, depreciation, intercompany, IFRS, US GAAP and process transformation. Any graduate can apply, and a CA is preferred. A CA with 5 years of experience can also be considered. Experience only from the banking sector will not meet this requirement.

The role is based in Mumbai and is work from office. The shift is PST hours or US shift (night shift). The notice period is up to 30 days.
