We are hiring an SAP FI CO Finance professional in Bengaluru with 2.5 to 4 years of experience. You will support finance and controlling processes, resolve production issues and work closely with business and technical teams.

The role

This is a full-time role in Bengaluru for an SAP FI CO Finance professional with 2.5 to 4 years of hands-on experience. You will support SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling applications, handle configuration, troubleshooting and enhancements, and help keep day-to-day finance processes running well.

Your day will involve analysing business requirements and turning them into SAP FI CO solutions. You will work on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting and tax-related processes, along with Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, cost elements and cost allocations. You will also resolve incidents, service requests and change requests within agreed timelines, and take part in testing, UAT support, deployment and hypercare. Some work will involve coordinating with MM, SD, PP, PS, PM, HCM, ABAP, Basis and security teams, and supporting SAP GRC access-related requests.

You should have a strong understanding of SAP financial and controlling business processes, and practical knowledge of FI-CO integration, including company codes, controlling areas, chart of accounts, posting periods and cost-center assignment. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP ECC FI CO is useful. You should be able to analyse posting errors and integration issues, document your work clearly, and communicate well with business users and technical colleagues. Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira or SAP Solution Manager, and month-end or year-end closing, will help you stand out.

The role is based in Bengaluru and is for candidates with 2.5 to 4 years of experience. The notice period should be up to 90 days.

Must have

  • Experience supporting or configuring SAP FI modules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting
  • Experience supporting or configuring SAP CO modules: Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Cost Elements, Activity Types
  • Understanding of FI-CO integration, including company code, controlling area, chart of accounts
  • Experience in SAP incident management, ticket handling, issue analysis, troubleshooting, defect tracking, and production support
  • Knowledge of SAP implementation lifecycle, change management, testing, UAT support, release activities

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP ECC FI CO
  • Basic exposure to SAP GRC Access Control
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP Solution Manager, or comparable ticket-management tools
  • Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging, functional specifications, BAPI, IDoc, interfaces, enhancements, and reports
