Senior AD and IAM Administrator for a technology company in Noida, with 4 to 12 years of experience. You will own Active Directory health, account lifecycle and access control for a managed hosting environment, and act as the team's technical reference on identity.
The role
The role is for a Senior AD and IAM Administrator. You will own identity and access across an on-premise hosted environment for a technology company serving tax and accounting firms in the United States. You will work as a hands-on senior specialist with the IT manager, the Windows Server administrator, the security team and the support team, and you will handle escalations.
Your day will cover Active Directory health across multiple forests and domain controllers, including replication, DNS, time sync and trusts. You will manage the full account lifecycle, same-day leaver removal, stale account cleanup and service accounts. You will resolve lockouts and Kerberos failures, administer MFA and password policy, and manage Group Policy with security baselines. You will also run Remote Desktop licensing and Citrix administration, run quarterly access reviews, and write PowerShell scripts for bulk work and reporting. You will mentor agents on complex cases.
We are looking for 4 to 12 years of experience, with at least 3 to 5 years of Active Directory administration in a multi-domain environment, ideally at a managed service or hosting provider. You should have working knowledge of AD Domain Services, Group Policy, DNS and Kerberos, and be able to troubleshoot replication with dcdiag and repadmin. You need hands-on experience with account lifecycle, MFA, privileged access and access reviews, plus Citrix, PowerShell and Windows Server. Veeam and Duo experience is valued. You must write clearly and speak fluent English, as clients are in the United States.
The role is listed as remote and based in Noida, India, on a full night shift covering United States business hours. Notice period of up to 60 days is preferred. This is a full-time role.
