The role
We are hiring a ServiceNow GRC Developer / Consultant for a technology company. The role covers design, development, configuration and support of ServiceNow GRC and Integrated Risk Management solutions. You will work on risk management, policy and compliance, audit management, vendor risk, controls and remediation.
On a typical day you will build and maintain customisations using business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, flows and workflows. You will build and support integrations with third-party tools, using REST and SOAP APIs, scripted REST APIs and JSON or XML payloads. You will also handle Service Portal and Knowledge Management work, take part in Agile ceremonies and code reviews, and resolve production defects. You will work with business, security, audit and IT teams, and mentor junior developers.
We are looking for hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with strong JavaScript skills on the platform. You should have solid experience in ServiceNow GRC or IRM, including implementation and support. Good knowledge of governance, risk and compliance concepts is needed. Experience with SecOps modules, import sets and transform maps, and ServiceNow certifications will help. Notice period of up to 60 days is preferred.
The role is full-time, based in Bengaluru and working from the office. The experience band is 5 to 8 years. The company is hiring across a number of cities, and the work mode is in the office.
