A technology company in Noida is hiring a SharePoint Admin subject matter expert for an in-office, night shift, full-time role. You will own SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 escalations, lead migrations and governance work, and mentor engineers. Four to nine years of experience needed.

The role

The company is looking for a SharePoint Admin who will act as the subject matter expert for SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams-connected sites across its client tenants. This is a senior, client-facing role. You will own level 3 escalations, resolve level 2 issues end to end, and lead migration, site architecture and governance projects from planning to handover.

Your day will include handling escalations on search, indexing, performance, failed migrations and permission problems. You will run permission audits, tenant health checks and SLA reviews, give updates during incidents, and write clear post-incident summaries. You will also build PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation to reduce repeat incidents.

We want someone with four to nine years of experience in IT administration, including hands-on work with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. You should have delivered migrations end to end using SPMT or ShareGate, and have strong PowerShell skills with PnP and the SPO Management Shell. Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Power Automate, Veeam and ITIL change management will help. You need clear written and spoken English and experience handling escalations with clients.

The role is full-time, based in Noida, in the office, on the night shift. The notice period can be up to 30 days.
