A consulting company in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai is hiring an Amazon Connect Consultant. You will lead a team designing and delivering cloud contact center transformations on AWS, in a hybrid role for candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience.
The role
The role is for an Amazon Connect Consultant who will lead a team that designs, builds and rolls out cloud contact center transformations. You will work on AWS-based solutions that cover contact flows, Lex bots, Lambda functions and integrations with platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow. You will also help grow the practice, which includes hiring, mentoring and upskilling the team.
A typical day involves running design sessions and requirement gathering with the client and the implementation team. You will give regular working demos to stakeholders, guide solution design and oversee implementation. You will also support proposals and RFP responses, and work with market unit leads to understand demand for these skills.
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in delivering software or platform projects. You should have hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda and API-based integrations. Experience with contact center solution design, AWS solution architecture and leading a team on a large transformation programme is required. Knowledge of Amazon Pinpoint, Transcribe or Comprehend, RFP management, and cloud or on-premise contact center platforms or bot platforms is a plus. A BE, B Tech, M Tech or MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute is preferred.
The experience band is 5 to 10 years. The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Pune, Hyderabad or Chennai. The notice period can be up to 90 days.
