The role
This is a full-time Genesys AI Consultant role with a consulting company. You will work on customer service, sales and marketing transformation for large global clients. Your focus will be Genesys Cloud CX or Engage, with AI added to contact centre operations.
A typical day may include studying a client's contact centre functions, products and technology, and recommending AI and GenAI improvements. You may configure and design virtual agents, Genesys Copilot use cases, AI Guides, intents and NLU models. You will also work on IVR, routing, outbound voice, chat, email and messaging channels, and integrate Genesys Cloud with enterprise systems using the platform SDKs and APIs.
We are looking for someone with hands-on Genesys Cloud experience and a good understanding of agentic AI, conversational AI and generative AI. You should have worked on contact centre or CCaaS projects, and be comfortable with Genesys architecture, Architect, Admin and CI/CD tools. Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, responsible AI and AI guardrails will help. Experience with Genesys PureConnect or Engage is a plus.
The role needs 4 to 8 years of experience. The work is hybrid, based in Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune or Hyderabad, depending on the city you choose.
