The role
This is a Manager or Senior Manager role in Process Excellence within the Talent and HR Reinvention practice of a consulting company. You will lead HR transformation engagements for global clients. The work combines people transformation expertise with AI-enabled operating model design and advice to senior HR leaders.
In this role you will architect AI-led HR transformation strategies and agentic solution designs. You will design HR operating models that bring together human expertise with Generative AI and agentic workflows across talent acquisition, talent management and HR operations. You will lead multi-tower HR programmes, from diagnostics and maturity assessments through to transition and value realisation. You will also drive organisation structure design and workforce restructuring, and support BID, RFI and RFP work and client pitches.
We are looking for someone with 10 to 18 years of experience in HR transformation consulting, AI-driven HR solutions, operating model redesign or complex transformation work. You should be comfortable working with CHROs and HR leadership teams, presenting ROI-linked business cases, and using HR analytics to measure outcomes. Experience in business development and proposal management is required. A Bachelor's degree is required. An MBA in HR or a PG Diploma in Personnel Management or HR from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute is preferred. Certifications in strategic HR, organisation design, or cloud, AI or analytics are a plus.
The role is hybrid and based in Gurugram, Mumbai or Bengaluru. The notice period should be up to 90 days. This is a full-time position.
