A consulting company in Gurugram, Mumbai and Bengaluru is hiring a GenAI or LLM Scientist for its people analytics and talent team. The role suits someone with 4 to 8 years of experience building RAG and agent-based LLM applications.
The role
The role is for a GenAI or LLM Scientist in the people and talent practice of a consulting company. You will build data-driven Gen AI solutions, including frameworks, products and prototypes for client offerings.
A typical day includes working with clients to understand their challenges. You will recommend and build AI workflows and agents using large language models. You will design, deploy and optimise LLM applications using RAG architectures, LangChain, LangGraph, agentic frameworks and tools such as Bedrock Agents. You will also analyse complex data sets to find trends and patterns, and turn them into business solutions. You will define data-backed people strategies for transformation programmes and help build the practice.
We are looking for a person with 4 to 8 years of experience in developing and deploying Python applications on cloud platforms. You should have hands-on work in Gen AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases such as FAISS, and at least a few years of delivering LLM-based AI workflows. Working knowledge of MLOps on Azure and AWS, including model deployment, guardrails and monitoring, is needed. Knowledge of NLP, including Transformer models and Hugging Face, is useful. You need an MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field such as data science or AI/ML. Experience in workforce or people analytics is a must, and knowledge of people programmes such as workforce transformation or culture change is a plus. You should be comfortable with data analysis, storytelling and statistics, and able to work in a fast-changing environment.
The role is based in Gurugram, Mumbai or Bengaluru, on a hybrid work mode. Notice period of up to 90 days is preferred. This is a full-time role.
