The role
This is a treasury specialist and associate manager role in the operations domain. You will handle corporate banking administration, trade finance and payment approvals for a company based in Chennai.
Your day will include corporate bank account work, such as account opening, maintenance and closing. You will review and verify corporate payments within your authority limits each day, and make sure all corporate banking documents remain fully compliant under KYC rules.
You will process and oversee trade finance instruments, including letters of credit and bank guarantees. You will also maintain good working relationships with global banking partners and with the internal corporate finance teams.
We are looking for candidates with 9 to 14 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, bank account management and KYC administration. Hands-on experience with letters of credit, bank guarantees and payment approvals is essential. A degree in accounting or finance is required. The role is full-time and work from office in Chennai, on a US shift from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. A cab facility is provided. Notice period is up to 30 days.
