A consulting company is hiring a Consultant or Manager for enterprise AI value strategy. You will help senior clients in technology strategy turn AI in software delivery into measurable business value. Based in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Gurugram or Kolkata, hybrid, 5 to 12 years of experience.

The role

The role is for a Consultant or Manager in the technology strategy and transformation team of a consulting company. You will work with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and engineering leaders to help their organisations adopt AI-native software delivery at scale. Your work covers defining target state software delivery, platform and tooling strategy and architecture, engineering productivity measures, and changes to the delivery operating model. You will also build the value case and track results.

A typical day may include leading discovery workshops with business stakeholders to find pain points and AI use cases. You will design end-to-end agentic solutions, including agent structures, target architecture and transformation roadmaps. You will assess data maturity, governance and technology readiness. You will also prepare executive business cases with value estimates, investment needs, KPIs and benefit tracking, and plan change management and training for business teams.

We are looking for someone with 5 to 12 years of experience, including AI and data projects. You should have led at least one end-to-end process redesign or reinvention engagement, and be comfortable managing senior stakeholders. Depth in at least one cloud or data platform such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, or a foundation model provider is expected. Knowledge of AI governance and regulation, such as the EU AI Act and model risk, is useful. A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required, and an MBA is preferred. Recognised depth in one industry such as consumer goods, retail, life sciences or banking will help.

The location is Bengaluru, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata or Hyderabad. The work mode is hybrid. The employment type is full-time. The notice period should be up to 90 days.

Must have

  • Design and articulate end-to-end agentic solution... agent hierarchy, target-state agentic architecture
  • technical depth and agentic system build experience in 1 platform or functional area - GCP, AWS, Snowflake, DataBricks, Azure, Anthropic
  • Has led at least one end-to-end process reengineering or reinvention engagement
  • Min. 10 yrs overall, incl. AI & data projects
