A technology company in Noida is hiring a Voice and Accent Trainer to build and lead communication training for its client-facing support teams. The role is full-time, in the office, on a night shift, for candidates with 5 to 9 years of experience. Apply on hyperwrk.com.
The role
The company supports accounting and tax firms across the United States by phone, chat and ticket. It is looking for a Voice and Accent Trainer to design and run the communication training programme for its technical support and infrastructure teams. You will own the communication standards, from assessing candidates during hiring to training new joiners and coaching existing staff.
Your day will include delivering training to new hires, reviewing recorded calls and written tickets with team leads, and giving structured feedback to individuals. You will build improvement plans for specialists who are below the standard and track their progress. You will also keep training material, model call recordings and communication guidelines up to date, and report baseline and post-training scores to leadership.
You should have at least five years of experience as a voice, accent, communication or soft-skills trainer. You need a strong neutral American accent, proven skill in identifying and correcting mother tongue influence, and native or C2 level written and spoken English. Experience designing training curricula, not only delivering them, and a good understanding of US business culture are important. Experience training technical or IT support teams, working with call-recording or speech-analytics tools, using LMS platforms, or holding a TESOL, TEFL or CELTA certification would be useful.
The role is in Noida, in the office, on a night shift, with an experience band of 5 to 9 years.
